Here is a frustration of mine: I go to Borders or Barnes and Nobles, and there is a proliferation of wine books: wine/food pairing, wine styles, wine history, etc. and there are maybe 2-5 crappy books on beer. To get the books you mention, I have to go online and buy...which I am bad about doing, but am going to get to it after Christmas. Great list. I might add both of papazian's homebrewing books, great sources of info for both the homebrewer and non-homebrewer. I have been wanting to read “The Brewmaster’s Table,” and it is on my “to buy list.”

Here is a frustration of mine:

I go to Borders or Barnes and Nobles, and there is a proliferation of wine books: wine/food pairing, wine styles, wine history, etc. and there are maybe 2-5 crappy books on beer.

To get the books you mention, I have to go online and buy…which I am bad about doing, but am going to get to it after Christmas.

Great list. I might add both of papazian’s homebrewing books, great sources of info for both the homebrewer and non-homebrewer.
