The most interesting brewery of late and definitely the most talked about among real ale fans in BC.

Good call. Driftwood is also experimenting with Brettanomyces and barrel aging, which puts them ahead of the rest of the BC Craft brewers (except for Storm, who has been practicing their alchemy for years). Gary is doing wonderful things at Central City and is definitely a force to be reckoned with. I would throw Crannog into the mix as well.

As you said, no mean task to make a decision. I think the Sartori was the deciding factor.
